Hybrid Championship Wrestling

Bret wasn’t in a great mood and early on, he used his ring smarts to gain some advantage over the stronger opponent but Scott wasn’t in a great mood either so he answered back with his array of power moves. After several back-and-forth minutes of action, Bret had enough, picked his Global Championship and try to leave… Scott wouldn’t allow it to happen… But that was a complete ruse by the champion, who then threw Steiner right into the steel steps. The ref counted the countout draw but Bret didn’t care much as he viciously attacked Scott’s right leg before applying the ring-post Figure 4 to the boos from the fans. Titan even got involved to finally stop Bret from applying it even longer.




After the match, Bret was berating the fans when Renee Young decided to have a post-match interview with Bret and here is what the Global Champion said:

Hart: Alright, I'm not going to talk about that match with Steiner. I'm here to talk about me. It's time for everybody to hear from the true people's champion! You see I'm sick of the nonsense behind my enemies saying that I am not truly the best because as far as I can tell is that I am the best in the world. After all, I still have title around my waist and the majority of my rivals do not! I've made people tap out. I've made people eat their words! I've made all of you at home and in this arena eat their words!

Which...brings me to my next point...the fact that all of you people get to choose my opponent for the Global title is completely ridiculous. You see I may be the true people's champion, but none of you have the right to choose my fate! I'm the best and I should get what I want! I shouldn't get whatever you people want! All of you should just be happy with me being in a ring and putting on wrestling clinic after wrestling clinic!

Oh...and to those of you saying that I deserve a beat down for my allegiance with Hogan or whatever you think...get out of here! All of you should be begging for Hogan to come back because he had the balls to do what's best for business which was give me, the best technical wrestler who has ever lived, the ball to run with! I'm the guy around here! I'm the man! I can take all the hate thrown my way and use it to my advantage. Nobody can take me down especially any of the options that may be laid before you people!

I hope the options that you people get will make you happy because none of you will be happy when I make your undeserving heroes tap out! I'm the hero you should want, but all of you turned me into a villain because all of you are too selfish to realize what's good for you! Well, I'll show you all what's good for you as I've done for months. What's good for all of you is me as champion! What's good for you is Bret Hart being the best there is, was, and ever will be!

This tag team match… It was completely surreal… The fans didn’t know what to expect when they saw that matchup… After forty-five minutes, yes… 45 minutes!!! These fans were simply giving all four men a standing ovation after they gave the Portland’s crowd a treat. A match of the Year candidate… A five-star match, simply.

Rock and Elijah played their part as usual… Both men’s charisma is through the roof and their athleticism was in full display at some point in the match. But don’t be fooled saying they were the only reason the match was a five-star classic… It takes two to tango and for every athletic move Rock and Elijah pulled off in that match, Delirious and Butcher were up to the task, mostly using savvy ring awareness and their crazy-looking offense.

It was back-and-forth with multiple near falls and plenty of momentum-changing moments. The ending saw Elijah and Delirious go back-and-forth. Elijah looked ready to hit the Elijah Express but didn’t see Butcher making the tag. He did hit the Elijah Express but Butcher knocked him almost silly with a nasty clothesline before hitting the Argentine Piledriver for the three count as Rock nearly broke it up.






It was a matter of payback for Shamrock after Ziggler superkicked him in the jaw when the GG attacked the Shield. But for Dolph, he looked a little bit disinterested out there…

And the match didn’t went long as well. Dolph got himself DQ when he hit Shamrock with a steel chair when they were brawling on the outside.






Hardy got a major pop as he made his way to the ring, Universal Title around his right shoulder. Jacobs, accompanied by Brodie Lee, was heavily booed as he then made his way to the ring.

Early on, we got unexpected chain wrestling from both men. Sure, both aren’t strong-style mammoths but the fans were surprised at the quality of the exchanges early on… But Hardy then took control with his trademark aerial attacks… Until one turned wrong and allowed Jacobs to aggressively attack the champion.

The match didn’t went as long as we thought it could go but that was because Hardy fought back, took out Lee only for Jimmy to give him a cheap shot... And when Jacobs tried to hit the Devil Lock DDT, Hardy countered it into the Twist of Fate before going up top and hitting the Swanton Bomb for the three count and the big pop of the Portland fans.




Hardy got his hand raised by the referee but he suddenly got attacked from behind by Lee and Jacobs, to the crowd’s boos. He even mocked him and Ken Shamrock on the mic while delivering the attack… But of course, Shamrock had to get involved, avoided a clothesline from Lee before catching him with a Belly-to-Belly Suplex that forced him to roll outside of the ring. He then went after Jacobs, who had went through the crowd but security stopped him on his tracks.

While that happened, Hardy was recovering inside the ring...




Crowd gives major boos to the temporary Collision’s GM, who shows up on the ramp, mic in hand.

HBK: Jeff, sorry to interrupt… But I wanted to tell you something…

You see, the fans get to decide who you are going to face in the main event of High Voltage and that’s pretty cool… Now, I do have to tell you that I brought an idea to the Board, an idea that fits the main event of a PPV so well…

Anyway, I’ve decided that while the fans will get to choose your opponent, I decided the type of match you will be having at High Voltage… Don’t worry, Jeff… It is a match you are familiar with… A match that you’ve had success before… A match right down your alley…

Jeff looks at Shawn, wondering what the hell he has in mind...

HBK: At High Voltage, Jeff Hardy will defend his Universal Championship against an opponent decided by you the fans…

INSIDE CAGE OF DEATH!!!

Jeff’s face says it best… The crowd is divided… Cage of Death is a match we rarely saw in HCW… But it is also the match Shawn introduced for his last battle with Hardy a year ago… Jeff looks like a man who now knows what his future holds while Shawn gives him a smile and a wave before leaving the ring.

Tenay: I just cannot believe what we have, right now…

Ventura: What a great main event our GM just decided on!

Tenay: Great? This is probably the most barbaric match Hybrid Championship Wrestling has seen and Shawn’s intentions are now as clear as hell…

Ventura: Are you intending he’s trying to take out the champion?

Tenay: He sure don’t want him to hold that belt much longer by booking him in such a dangerous match…

Ventura: He did beat Shawn in that match…

Tenay: And what was the cost to his long-term health to win inside Cage of Death? And now, he’ll have to do it again! We’ll be back with our main-event but damn...




The lights go out as spotlights focus on the ring. Mystical music plays throughout the arena as the Elimination Chamber drop from above the ring. Once it hits the ground, and while ring attendants lock in the Chamber, the lights come back on before our first competitors come to the ring. The Golden Generation come onto the stage to huge boos. Rhodes stands in the middle, while Triple H and Owens by his sides. Once they make it into the Chamber, they all discuss, before the referees lock Owens and Rhodes into pods as their theme dies down, HHH ready to start the match. The Shield’s theme blasts throughout the arena as cameras capture the Synergy Tag Team Champions coming to the ring through the crowd, looking down at the Elimination Chamber as the crowd cheers them on. Roman and Seth are holding the Synergy title belts around their right shoulder. When they come to the ring, HHH goes between the pods of Owens and Rhodes to discuss. The Shield discuss their strategy before the referees take Rollins and Ambrose into their respective pods.

As Reigns has his back turned for a second talking to Rollins, HHH attacks him from behind and knocking him into the turnbuckle. HHH takes control, nailing some clothesline in the corner before blatantly choking him in the corner. After letting go of the choke, Reigns stumbles along the ropes as HHH comes off the opposite ropes. HHH goes for a clothesline over the top rope, but Reigns reverses with a back body drop onto the steel floor outside the ring. Reigns comes outside the ring and pushes HHH into the pod that has Rollins in it, before nailing multiple clotheslines against the pod. Reigns works on HHH, rubbing his face against the steel, before nailing a throat thrust and going slipping around him and nailing a German suplex into the cage.
Reigns doesn’t go for the cover, instead grabbing him and irish whipping him into the opposite pod of Ambrose, and as he rebounds off, Reigns sprints to Rollins’ pod, then comes back with a leaping clothesline, but HHH ducks and then comes back with a high knee, then nails a devastating DDT on the steel floor.

HHH works down on Reigns, stepping on his head and crushing it against the cage. HHH allows Reigns to get to his feet, but just as he does, picks him up for a spinebuster and drives him into the cage wall. The crowd boos as HHH covers, but Reigns just kicks out. HHH goes for the finish to Reigns, a Pedigree on the steel. Rollins and Ambrose yell out at Reigns, who reverses it, back body dropping him over the top rope into the ring. Reigns comes back in the ring and goes for a spear, but HHH reverses with a facebreaker knee smash. HHH comes off the rope himself, but Reigns nails a Samoan Drop. Reigns screams as he sets up HHH for the spear, but all of a sudden, the timer runs out for 5:00, as the lights go out and the spotlights go between the 4 pods, before landing on Owens.

Owens comes in the ring to boos as he comes into the ring and going fist to fist with Reigns, who gets the upperhand for a second, until HHH comes up with a low blow. Owens follows up with a superkick, knocking him down. HHH and Owens work on Reigns, stomping down on him before tossing him to the outside between the pods of Ambrose and Rollins. Owens and HHH work on Reigns for a minute or two, slamming his head against the cage and the steel floor. Owens gets Rollins up and powerbombs him into the cage to huge boos. HHH taunts Rollins and Ambrose as Owens gets Reigns again and tosses him into the middle of the ring, nailing a Package Piledriver in the middle of the ring. Just at the moment, the lights go out again for 10:00, the spotlight landing on Ambrose.

As Ambrose gets released, he charges into the ring and takes out Owens with a knee strike. He nails a quick tornado DDT on Hunter just as he was entering the ring. He then comes off the ropes with a running front dropkick to HHH, knocking him back out of the ring. Ambrose comes back off the ropes again to Owens, who’s just getting to his feet, and nails a crossbody. Ambrose and Reigns are now on their feet, HHH on the outside. Ambrose and Rollins discuss as Owens gets to his feet, Ambrose comes from one corner with a knee strike, then Reigns comes off the ropes with a spear. Right at that moment, however, HHH comes into the ring, swinging a sledgehammer he grabbed from the roof of Owens’ pod. HHH nails Ambrose with a shot to the gut, then knocks him again out of the ring. Reigns goes at him but HHH smashes his own in the gut himself. HHH smashes the sledgehammer into Reigns’ skull, knocking him down completely. Reigns gets to his knees as HHH laughs, slapping him in the face. Reigns comes back with a throat thrust. Owens, however, charges up and hits a step-up enziguri. HHH waits until Reigns gets to his knee once again, laughing, before smashing the sledgehammer over the back of Reigns’ head, knocking him unconscious. HHH covers to boos, eliminating Reigns.


Owens, still suffering from the spear, looks around for Ambrose. HHH joins in, looking around. Behind them, on top of Rollins pod, appears Ambrose. Just as HHH and Owens turn around, Ambrose dives, dropping them with an elbow drop. Ambrose grabs Owens, but just as he does, the lights go out, the timer goes off for 15:00, and the spotlight lands on Rhodes. He charges out of his pod and and comes into the ring. He ducks an Ambrose clothesline and goes for a Disaster Kick, but Ambrose himself ducks. Ambrose follows up with a clothesline over the top rope, Ambrose landing on the outside. HHH, now up, tries to follow up and clothesline Ambrose, but backdrops him onto Rhodes. Behind him, Owens goes for a superkick, but Ambrose somehow gets out of the way, before spinning Owens around and nailing the Dirty Deeds in the middle of the ring.


Ambrose, feeling pumped, climbs to the top rope and dives to the outside onto Rhodes and HHH, however, they catch him. Ambrose grabs onto the side of the cage, kicking HHH away and then elbowing Rhodes in the head. He ends up getting onto the cage and climbing up a little bit further, then diving off onto Rhodes, nailing a DDT. HHH, who got knocked into the pod, goes to nail Ambrose with a clothesline, but Ambrose just gets out the way, kicking HHH in the gut and nailing a headlock driver on the metal floor. He covers, eliminating HHH.


Ambrose looks at the countdown clock, and looks out to Rhodes, then quickly heads to the outside. Rhodes, however, quickly kicks Ambrose in the gut and nails a straight jacket DDT onto the metal floor. He gets Ambrose from behind and sits him face first on the top rope. before nailing a football kick to Ambrose's midsection. He hits another, before hitting multiple, Ambrose yelling each time. Rhodes adjusts himself in the wheelbarrow hold, before looking behind him at the cage. Rhodes goes for the wheelbarrow suplex, smashing him right into cage wall. Rhodes covers, but Ambrose just kicks out. Rhodes tosses Ambrose into the ring through the ropes, then pushes him into the corner. Rhodes grabs him and gets onto the top rope, going for the Diamond Dust. Just as he’s about to, the timer goes off for 20:00, and Rollins charges into the ring, jumps over Ambrose onto the top rope with Rhodes, nailing a massive superplex then a sitout suplex slam. Ambrose comes up to Rollins, wanting to go for the double team, as the two grabs Rhodes. As they do, Rhodes nails a low blow on Ambrose, then gets up quickly and nails a kick to the gut to Rollins. However, when he goes for the Cross Rhodes, Rollins slips around nails a back kick and a sling blade. Rollins goes for the Curb Stomp, but Rhodes rolls away. Rollins goes to grab Rhodes again but Rhodes reverses with an uppercut, before quickly following up with the Cross Rhodes. As he covers, Ambrose goes to help and break it up, but he just misses out.


Rhodes smiles as the crowd boos, as he grabs Ambrose and goes to finish it up quickly for the win. He grabs him for the Cross Rhodes, but Ambrose spins out. Rhodes hits a quick dropkick, knocking Ambrose back, who comes back with a pendulum lariat. Ambrose, hurt from the long match, grabs Rhodes for a headlock driver, but Rhodes nails a back suplex. Rhodes puts his foot on Ambrose’s head. Rhodes gets him back into the corner again, going for the Diamond Dust again, however when he gets to the top, Ambrose is able to reverse his attempt with a  double underhook superplex. Both men spend a few moments getting to their feet, Rhodes goes for a lariat but Ambrose ducks, spins out and nails a quick Dirty Deeds, landing on Rhodes in the process. The referee counts, diving Ambrose the win.




The crowd screams with excitement at The Shield’s theme plays. Rhodes rolls to the outside of the ring as Reigns and Rollins come from the back, stumbling into the ring and picking Ambrose up on their shoulders. As HHH and Owens grab Rhodes and carrying him out of the Chamber, the referees come over to Reigns and Rollins, handing them each a belt. Rollins, however, hands his belt up to Ambrose who holds it high above his head.

Our closing shot for Collision is the three Shield members, after coming up the ramp, holding their fists together, with the two titles laid out in front of them on the stage.

(Kevin Owens is walking backstage after the main event. A camera crew tries to catch up to him to get an interview)

Owens: Get that camera out of my face or you'll be in the hospital!

(The camera crew backs off as Owens continues walking while displaying lots of pain)

(Hardy is with Todd Philips backstage)

TP: Jeff, you got a solid win over Jimmy Jacobs tonight. However, you got attacked by SCUM after the match. What are your thoughts on such a pathetic action?

Hardy: I mean it was pathetic, but I should've known that his cronies were intending on doing something to me. Jimmy is a valiant competitor, but he's a very despicable person at the same time. His mind games and his crew don't scare me. He can try to break me or attack me, but I'm going to fight back swinging. I'm just as dangerous as he can be.

TP: I'm sure you're thankful for Shamrock coming out for the rescue though.

Hardy: I definitely am. I knew that I was clearly not going to win that fight so thank goodness that Shamrock came. He's a good man for that.

TP: The big news though was Shawn Michaels' announcement. How do you feel?

(Hardy takes a deep breath and scratches his head. He has a clear look of anger on his face)

Hardy: I knew that son of a b*tch was up to something! I knew that he wanted to get revenge on me! I knew he wasn't done torturing my life! Well, if he thinks that I'm going to crumble in his face, he's dead wrong! I'm ready to enter the Cage of Death and spit in the face of Shawn Michaels! I'm going to show him that he can't take me down! He can't and he won't! I'm going to show him that I will not die!

(Hardy walks away from the interview in a fit of rage. TP signs off as Hardy walks down the hall)

Foley finds Shawn in the back after he leaves the stage. Shawn gives Foley a grin which is not returned.

IC: A cage of Death match? I thought I didn't have to worry about..

HBK: You don't. I am not in that match am I?

IC: I am well within my authority to cancel that match you know. I almost want to. I am not in the habit of endangering my superstars.

HBK: Almost?

IC: Alomst. I suspect that If I did cancel it, Jeff would be at my throat. I expect that he would rather just have the match and prove the kind of champion he is. So I will let the match happen.

HBK: Jeff is predictable isn't he? Relax Mick I have reached the extent of my involvement.

IC: You have. Still, I think I will remain glued to your side for next weeks Collision.

HBK: What?!

IC: I want to make sure you will be safe from Jeff, and to make sure you aren't having any ulterior motives towards him. Not to mention I want to keep my eyes close so that you don't try to give favors to Triple H. I will not let you exceed the authority you are given.

HBK Rolls his eyes.

HBK: Hunter does not need my help, and I don't need yours.

IC: Tough. Its not your call. See you next week Shawn.

Foley walks off to his office while HBK stares daggers at the back of his head.

(Hardy is on his phone)

Hardy: I've been better...how about you Daniel?

Bryan: Preparing for a title defense... Which is why I actually called you... You see, I have to deal with a dangerous opponent and there is the threat of Paul Heyman getting involved since Okada is his client...

I want to have you in my corner. You're the man I trust more than anyone else out there. I know you haven't been in the best state of mind but I figure some time together could help you ease the situation as well...

Match was a surprise… It was pretty short and while Bray dominated the first few seconds, Kofi caught him with the S.O.S. and pulled the tights for the quick win.




While not being a great match, this was still an entertaining one. Early on, Zayn and Younger got the best of their opposition, especially Bayley but Sid’s menacing presence and Rude’s savvy ring-awareness allowed the duo to take control of the match. Younger played the face-in-peril role for most of the match but he finally got the hot tag to Zayn.

He cleared house and brought the house down with his special and spectacular offense and had Bayley in position for the Helluva Kick but Sid tripped him down and the ref had enough, calling for the DQ to Sid’s heavy displeasure.




These two men know each other from a long time ago. Five years earlier, these two have had a couple of battles over the International Championship. This time, it was for an important opportunity. And early on, both men brought their A-game. Austin brawled his ass off but Orton fought back like the man we are used to.

Both men looked throughout the match to hit their dangerous finisher only to see their opponent counter it every time. Both men hit their trademark offense but in the end, it’s Orton who won the battle as he caught Austin by surprise with the RKO out-of-nowhere, becoming the second option for the Universal Title match at High Voltage!




After the match, we see Angle looking at Orton celebrating on his GM Room’s Plasma TV… Until Cody Rhodes, HHH and Kevin Owens arrive inside the room. Cody and Hunter are wearing their expensive suits while KO is wearing his usual t-shirt. Angle looks at them as to wonder…

Angle: May I know what brings you on Fusion, guys? Not too dejected after that grueling main event…

Owens: If I was you, I would be careful of what you will say…

Angle: And if I was you, I wouldn’t use any threat on a General Manager, especially one from the brand you are no longer a member of…

HHH: Actually, this is actually the reason we came out here, Kurt.

Rhodes: You see, we were told that Coach had traded for us a week ago and that’s all fine… But the decision wasn’t officialized by the Board and with Coach suddenly disappearing, it makes the trade completely moot…

Owens: And, because of that… It makes one of us the obvious decision for the third and final
choice for who will face Jeff Hardy at High Voltage.

Rhodes: Especially after seeing the guy I soundly beat at Ladder Wars get an opportunity...

Angle: So, you want that final spot to be handed to one of you three, right?

HHH: Exactly...

Angle: When have I started to hand up things, around here? Not before and surely not right now. You will get your opportunity and I’ll announce it before the next Fusion. As of now, I would appreciate if you leave and let me enjoy the rest of the show!

Owens look unhappy but Hunter and Cody calm it down and all three men leave as the screen fades to black.




Sid was at the side of Doink and Estrada was obviously with his client. Early on, Doink tried to use his agility to frustrate the Samoan Bulldozer but Umaga took control and used his power early on. But Sid started to intimidate Estrada at ringside and that got Umaga distracted long enough for Doink to start gain control and work on the back and legs of the bigger opponent.

Umaga would fight back, though, using his power and his trademark offense. Doink would show some resiliency, though. Umaga was in full control but Sid then tried to bring a weapon to the ring. Estrada would not allow it and Umaga even took out Sid by throwing him into the announcing table.

But as the ref was looking at the situation, he was distracted long enough for Doink to get his wooden mallet and smack it across Umaga’s head, dropping him down on his knees. He then hit the Whoopie Cushion for the three count, to the Portland fans’ boos.





Vader tried to intimidate the CDM Champion with his size, early on, but the champion would show his extreme speed and agility advantage early on, using some innovative offense to get the Mastodon reeling… But he got caught by a massive clothesline and Vader started to wear down the champion with his wide array of power moves,

But Sin Cara would fight back with his speed and aerial offense, even knocking down the Mastodon but he couldn’t apply La Mistica as Vader powered out. That didn’t stop Sin Cara from having Vader in position for his own version of the Swanton Bomb… But Heenan distracted the referee…

And that allowed Kofi to come from the back and smack Sin Cara’s head with brass knuckles. Vader then went up top and delivered the Vader Bomb for the win and the boos from the crowd.




Okada and Bryan get their own introductions in the ring, Bryan getting a huge pop and Okada receiving loud boos. Hardy and Heyman were on opposite sides at ringside. The two go to lock up, but Okada won’t lock up. The two scout each other, before Bryan starts hitting repeated shoot kicks to Okada’s side, before coming off the ropes, but Okada reverses with a hip toss and a wrist lock, then goes for the Rainmaker early on. Bryan ducks, before nailing a butterfly suplex. Okada goes for some kicks, but Bryan catches him and Dragon whips him into the corner, before following up with a bunch of corner dropkicks. After nailing two successfully in a row, Okada catches him on the last one and throws him on the apron. Bryan lands on his feet, but Okada nails a jumping roundhouse knocking Bryan off the apron. Okada follows up by coming off the ropes and, when Bryan gets to his feet, nailing a slingshot somersault senton. Okada irish whips Bryan down the side of the ring against the barricade, before pandering to the crowd. He follows up, charging at Bryan and nailing a running dropkick.

Okada grabs Bryan and goes for a back-to-belly suplex on the ring apron, but Bryan spins out and reverses, quickly getting behind him and German suplexing him onto and across the commentator’s table. Bryan starts a Yes chant, but Paul Heyman comes around his side of the ring and starts yelling at him. Hardy starts jawing a little bit with Okada’s client and Bryan doesn’t seem phased as Heyman gets closer to him, but before anything can happen, Okada comes up behind him, this time nailing the back-to-belly on the edge of the commentator’s table. Okada slides him in and covers, but Bryan kicks out. Okada grabs Bryan and locks him in the Deep In Debt, locking in the arm trap and the facelock. Bryan gets held in the submission for about a minute before he’s able to reach the bottom rope. As he does, Okada gets back to his feet quickly and stomps on Bryan, before picking him up and attempting the Heavy Rain neckbreaker, however Bryan slips out and nails a discus elbow smash then coming off the ropes with a running leg lariat. Bryan climbs to the top and goes for the diving headbutt, covering, but Okada kicks out, only just.

Bryan waits for Okada to get to his knees before nailing repeated shoot kicks into his chest, followed by a roundhouse to the head. Bryan starts the Yes chant again before charging at Okada for the running knee. Okada, however, reverses, catching Bryan and spinning him upside, nailing a kneeling reverse piledriver. Okada doesn’t finish there, picking Bryan back up and nailing a Reverse Neckbreaker, Bryan’s head getting slammed down on his knee. Okada covers again, but Bryan just manages to kick out. Okada grabs Bryan and attempts to lock in the Red Ink submission, but Bryan trips him onto the ropes, before grabbing him and nailing a Regal-Plex right in the middle of the ring. Okada somehow kicks out, much to Bryan’s surprise. Bryan goes to lock in the Yes Lock, but Okada slips his arm and makes him land on the mat, locking in the Red Ink. Okada holds in the submission hard, Bryan attempting to reach the bottom rope. Bryan, however, is able to slip out of the STF of the submission and slip around, locking in the Yes Lock. Okada writhes around in pain, trying to escape and get out of the lock, but eventually taps.




Bryan rolls off Okada, who rolls out to the outside to Heyman. Bryan slowly gets to his feet before the referee helps him up and hands him his title. Bryan holds his title up high as the referee holds up his hand, as the cameras capture Heyman helping Okada up the ramp.

Tenay: Daniel Bryan faced a very dangerous opponent, tonight, and he somehow found the way to come up with the win and keep his International Title.

Okada had returned from the ramp and he attacked, from behind, the Universal Champion. Him and Rude exchanged a stare, having had some issues last week when Okada got involved in his main event match with Bryan… They sure looked like they would get it on and Heyman was trying to calm things down… When they simply all started laughing. Okada then delivered a Rainmaker to Hardy, taking him down.

Inside the ring, Bryan had fought back and was delivering kicks to everyone that was close to him… But Okada and Rude entered the ring and the numbers game was just too much for the International Champion, who fell victim to a Belly-to-Bayley, a Rude Awakening, a Whoopie Cushion before Okada picked the listless body of the champ and delivered a thunderous Rainmaker to heavy boos from the Portland’s crowd. Okada simply picked the International Title belt and laid it on the motionless body of Daniel Bryan as Doink was having fun with him. A group of referees finally stopped the onslaught… Not that they weren’t leaving anyway.

Tenay: A despicable attack from what seems to be Paul Heyman’s latest group…

Corino: This group is quite menacing, you know…

He stops talking as HBK comes to his direction.

Shamrock: Understatement of the year, Shawn!

HBK: Look, I don't want you to have to force me to have security surrounding you two as you've created plenty of chaos lately... You want Jacobs? I'll give you Jacobs... At High Voltage... If...

Shamrock: What is that "if"?

HBK: If at the next Collision, you face the Universal Champion in a non-title match and you gave your best effort out there... I'm not even asking you to beat him... That would be a better outcome but I just want you to fight our champion with absolute reckless abandon.
